Order processing time includes credit verification and time pack your order. If the merchandise is in stock, your order should arrive to you in the above times.  BUT during our busy Holiday seasons and a couple times a year when unforeseen things happen our warehouse can get backed up and orders may take longer.  Also, once the package leaves our warehouse we can not control any unforeseen problems UPS may have.  These times are only estimates. We do not guarantee any delivery times.  If the merchandise is on backorder it may take additional time.  We will let you know by email if something is on backorder.  You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order ships (usually late that night or early the next day).  You can always check your order status by clicking here.

PO Box, APO/FPO MUST select the PO Box/APO/FPO option for shipping or your card will automatically be charged the extra and your order will take the above time to reach you, there are no faster shipping times to these addresses.
