Do not write on or tape anything to Sexy Shoe box. All packages that do not have an RMA# written on them will be refused. Sorry shipping charges are non refundable.

Please note Returns are processed every Tuesday. We will tell Amazon to credit your card after your return has been processed. How long before it shows up on your statement or in your account is up to your credit card company/bank and Amazon, this can take 4-8 weeks.

EXCHANGES:
